Holly Mattson is the HR communications manager at Commonwealth Financial Network®, member FINRA/SIPC, the nation's largest privately held Registered Investment Adviser–independent broker/dealer. With the firm since May 2005, Holly provides internal communications leadership on a wide variety of initiatives, from corporate campaigns to COMMONground (the firm's internal newsletter), and partners with her colleagues across the firm to ensure that their own communications are accurate, clear, compelling, and in alignment with the firm’s mission, vision, and culture. She earned her MS in journalism from Boston University and her BA in English from Susquehanna University.
