Market Thoughts for July 2016 [Video]

June was busy, particularly near month-end. The news that Britain had voted to leave the European Union came as a shock and sent markets tumbling. But then a funny thing happened: the fear dissipated, and as investors started looking at the fundamentals, the markets began to recover. 

I take a look at these developments in my latest Market Thoughts video, as well as discuss signs of strength in consumer confidence and spending and even continued growth in Europe. If Brexit was a sort of stress test for the markets and economy, I think we passed.
