In my latest [Market Thoughts video](https://vimeo.com/channels/966267), I look back at 2015, which was actually the worst year for the markets since the financial crisis, but a solid year for the ongoing economic recovery.

In addition to explaining the reasons behind this disconnect, I also discuss what we might expect in 2016, including a couple of headwinds for the markets (low oil prices and a strong dollar) that might disappear.
