Tim Helman, CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®

Tim Helman is a senior investment consultant at Commonwealth Financial Network®, member FINRA/SIPC, the nation’s largest privately held Registered Investment Adviser–independent broker/dealer. With the firm since June 2014, Tim worked in both the Insurance and Annuity Research departments before transitioning to the Investment Consulting Services team in April 2017, where he provides advisors with comprehensive solutions to their investment-related questions, assisting them with mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, separately managed accounts, asset allocation, approved advisory platforms (including PPS), and overall case design. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and the CFP®, ChFC®, and CLU® designations. Tim received his BSBA in finance from the University of Vermont. In March 2014, he was part of a team that qualified for the Network of International Business Schools annual case competition in London.
