Over the past few months, we’ve all had to learn new ways of doing the same tasks we’ve been doing for years. A once familiar road suddenly became uncharted territory. In my case, as a training specialist, this path of new discovery was presenting and training virtually. I was accustomed to helping others learn in person, not through a screen.
